Hi y'all, I am 15 years old and a junior in high school. Throughout life, I have struggled a lot with my weight, the last time I was in a "healthy" BMI range was in the first grade. In seventh grade, I decided to do something about my weight. I would not eat and lie about eating. I would faint and blackout after long episodes and I felt good because everyone was commenting me on how good I looked. Slowly, after having health scares, I began to eat healthy. I continued to eat badly and eventually went up to 195 lbs then I decided to lose weight again. I did and the lowest I got down to was 183 lbs, but I eventually got back up to 193lbs. That is where I am now. This time though, I am trying to lose the weight as healthfully as possible. Please join me as I refine my life for the better and lose fat along the way. I will be posting mostly fitspo, workouts, and other weight loss tips on my blog and would love to hear from you.
